Overview
Lead the high‑impact commercial organization, centering operations in Richmond with minimal travel. Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy across a growing portfolio and partner directly with executive leadership on portfolio strategy, acquisitions, and repositioning.
Responsibilities
Combine Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy into a single aligned system to outperform the market.
Define competitive positioning, investment focus, and growth strategy.
Partner with Revenue Management to drive pricing, segmentation, and demand strategy maximizing profitability.
Lead modern, data‑driven marketing to increase direct demand, improve ROI, and strengthen brand presence.
Create clarity, accountability, and performance across the sales organization—from account strategy to execution.
Build and maintain a strong, stable bench of talent ready to scale with the company.
Year One Success
Drive measurable RevPAR Index growth across the portfolio.
Establish a clear, consistent commercial rhythm across all properties.
Align sales leaders, increase accountability, and raise performance levels.

Qualifications
Experience:
Led multi‑property or portfolio commercial teams.
Delivered real revenue growth and market share gains.
Worked within major hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG).
