What You’ll Do

As a Senior Business Development Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our client portfolio and shaping long-term partnerships. You’ll work alongside a driven sales team to:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for prospective clients
Research, identify, and pursue high-value opportunities where Sequoia can deliver unmatched results
Craft tailored, compelling pitch strategies and presentation decks that clearly articulate our value proposition
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision‑makers
Represent us with confidence, insight, and authority throughout the sales process
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is recommended, but not required. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a performance media agency or comparable sales role. Proven success working with a diverse, robust client base.

Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Advanced sales, negotiation, and closing skills
High level of computer and CRM proficiency

Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate Sequoia’s unique value and competitive advantage
This role requires occasional travel and flexibility in hours to support client and business needs.
