Regional Account Specialist – Mass Spectrometry (Midwest, US)
This role focuses on launching, selling, and promoting Roche’s Mass Spectrometry solutions within the Midwest territory. The specialist will develop and execute sales plans, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth while providing technical expertise and customer support.
Key Responsibilities

Implement sales plans designed to achieve established revenue and financial goals.
Manage and develop strategic accounts and key partner relationships.
Sell Roche’s products and services to new accounts and expand existing accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and emerging areas.
Present comprehensive financial proposals and contracts that enhance profitability and protect margins.
Conduct demonstration sessions on product characteristics and involve technical personnel to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with Account Managers to call on prospective and current customers.
Participate in the establishment of sales targets, design of the territory's sales plan, and management of sales expenses.
Travel overnight as needed to cover the territory while maximizing customer‑facing time.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of relevant sales experience, with a proven record of sales proficiency.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
Proven leadership abilities and strategic planning, negotiation, contracting, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred: Experience with Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS) customers and/or products.
Salary: $119,100–$221,000 (based on location and qualifications). Eligible for incentive compensation per Roche’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
