Job Title: Freelance, Lee Men's Design (Greensboro, NC)

Key Responsibilities:
Designing tops styles - sketching, coming up with ideas, details, new silhouettes
Selecting new fabric for tops
Pulling pattern inspiration for plaids
Assorting the plaids/patterns into the shirt styles
Assorting color into styles
Sketching hand off pages/ detail call outs
Meeting with tech - walking them through the detail callouts
Lab dips color comments, h/l comments, wash panel comments - entering comments into charts
Power point files for Milestone meeting presentations (creating our "line sheets")
Pinning boards for comp review
Trim development - buttons, labels, embroideries, patches (Adobe Illustrator)
Organizing samples & racks
Need to have an "eye for color", experience building collections, experience with prints and plaids
Educational/Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in fashion or apparel design
Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

This person will be required to be onsite at our HQ in Greensboro, NC.
This position will be a full-time freelance role at 40 hours a week.
