Product Manager – Parts & Accessories
Brunswick, a leading global marine company, is seeking a Product Manager to shape and grow the Accessories and Kits category. The role is based in Fond du Lac, WI and operates as a hybrid position with three or more days in the office per week.
Pay range: $73,600 – $106,200 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement category strategies, including product line expansion, portfolio and lifecycle management, product positioning, strategic pricing, strategic partnerships, and sales channel strategy.
Drive financial performance for the Accessories and Kits category, ensuring revenue, profitability, and growth targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with the Category Director to create strategic product and business plans; craft product charters and define product requirements based on consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities and drive innovation within the portfolio.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Product Development & Engineering, Operations, and other teams to align and execute category initiatives.
Provide product forecasts and demand‑planning inputs through the SIOP process to achieve inventory turn, fill‑rate, and customer satisfaction targets.
Champion a customer‑centric approach by understanding and anticipating customer needs and preferences to ensure best‑in‑class user experience.
Serve as subject‑matter expert for the Accessories and Kits category at trade shows, dealer seminars, and other events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in category management, product management, marketing, or a related role.
Experience in the Marine, Powersports, or related industry is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strategic thinker with a results‑driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
Experience working in a matrix organization and leading or influencing cross‑functional teams is preferred.
