Product Manager

& part of our Parts & Accessories team, you will lead the strategic and operational growth of the Accessories and Maintenance Kits category. This role is key to shaping the category roadmap, driving execution, and delivering financial results in a developing, growth area of the business.

We’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is eager to build and scale a category. You’ll work closely with the Category Director (Engine P&A) and broader P&A team while having day-to-day management and results, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success.

Essential Functions

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category strategies, including product line expansion (broadening accessory and kit offerings), portfolio and lifecycle management, product positioning, strategic pricing, strategic partnerships, and sales channel strategy.

Drive financial performance for the Accessories and Kits category – responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Collaborate with the Category Director to establish strategic product and business plans for the category; this includes crafting product charters and defining product requirements based on consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation within the accessories and kits portfolio.

Lead cross-functional collaboration: working closely with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Product Development & Engineering (PD&E), Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category initiatives.

Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends in the marine and powersports accessories space to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive advantage.

Provide product forecasts and demand planning inputs (through the SIOP process) to achieve inventory turn goals, fill-rate targets, and high customer satisfaction.

Champion a customer-centric approach by understanding and anticipating customer needs and preferences, ensuring our accessory and kit offerings deliver a best-in-class user experience and complement our core products.

Support the company’s participation in trade shows, dealer seminars, and other special events as the subject matter expert for the Accessories and Kits category.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in category management, product management, marketing, or related role. Experience in Marine, Powersports, or related industry preferred but not required.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience working in a matrix organization and leading or influencing cross-functional teams is preferred.

Must possess ambition, passion, and self-motivation to strive for excellence and exceed expectations.
