Gallery Support Associate - Fashion Island

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment and facilities in a gallery setting. Support timely processing and movement of merchandise to ensure displays and client ship-outs are completed efficiently. Work collaboratively with gallery team to uphold brand standards and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
Ticket merchandise for display on the gallery sales floor
Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
Receive and process shipments to maximize productivity and minimize costs
Manage inventory preparation and execution
Maintain equipment and care for gallery facilities
Support gallery team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements

2+ years experience in a similar field
Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results-driven mindset
Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
Superior organization and time-management skills
Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
Able to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office
