Approach candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange discussions between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
Stay engaged with leads to keep their enthusiasm alive and assist them on their hiring journey
Keep detailed and accurate records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful hires sourced from your leads
