Director of Client Policy

Leading the management and delivery of critical event-driven data, the full-time remote Director of Client Policy will oversee the collection, validation, and distribution of M&A and corporate governance data while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:

Lead the collection, validation, and delivery of M&A, proxy contest, and corporate governance event data globally
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of event data across internal systems and client platforms
Drive process improvement initiatives and partner with various teams to enhance data infrastructure and workflow efficiency

Required qualifications:

8+ years of experience in proxy voting, M&A data, corporate governance, or financial market data services
Strong understanding of mergers & acquisitions, proxy contests, and shareholder activism
Experience managing complex data operations and quality control frameworks
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Familiarity with governance technology or financial data systems is preferred
