Director of Public Policy

Director of Public Policy is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and implementing public policy strategies that align with the organization's mission, while managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective public policy strategies that align with organizational goals
Lead cross-functional engagement to assess legislative and regulatory policy proposals
Translate strategic goals into operational plans and partner with advocacy teams for external messaging

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in public policy and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of policy development and operations management
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
