Role Description
Bedrock Logistics LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager for a full-time on‑site role at our Houston, TX office. This role focuses on managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
