Sales Manager

Overview

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with a salary of $1,400 per month located in the US.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets
Train and motivate sales team to meet performance goals
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Proven track record in sales management role preferably in the US market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in B2B sales is a plus
