Sales Manager

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager in our company you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and reach targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify potential clients and develop marketing campaigns to attract new business. Additionally you will be responsible for providing training and support to your team and monitoring their performance.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop effective sales strategies and drive results
Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
