Position Overview

Anna Booth Interiors is seeking a highly organized, polished Studio Director to lead the daily operations of our growing design firm. This leadership role serves as the operational and cultural center of the studio, ensuring that projects, people, and processes move forward with clarity, precision, and excellence. The Studio Director works closely with the principal designer to uphold the firm’s creative vision and maintain the highest standards of client service and design execution. Responsibilities

Oversee workflow across all active projects.
Manage communication between designers, vendors, and clients.
Maintain project schedules and deadlines.
Review proposals, presentations, and FF&E documentation for accuracy.
Coordinate with trade procurements.
Track orders and approvals.
Ensure all project information is organized and current.
Support financial operations by monitoring client payments, reviewing order statuses, and maintaining accurate records in Studio Designer.
Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs, remove obstacles for the design team, and create structure and efficiency within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
