The Vice President of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the organization’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, occupancy, and market expansion. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and oversight to the sales organization, ensuring alignment with company goals, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture.

The VP of Sales partners cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience, strengthen market positioning, and implement scalable processes, tools, and training programs that drive consistent results across all communities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE S

pDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objective
sEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue, occupancy, and census target
sIdentify market trends and opportunities to expand market share and improve competitive positionin

tLead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales leadership tea
mFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvemen
tOversee talent planning, succession development, and performance management across the sales organizatio
nOperational Excellenc
eStandardize and optimize sales processes, policies, and best practices across all communitie
sEnsure consistent execution of sales strategies through effective communication and accountability system
sEvaluate and enhance sales training programs to build capabilities across all roles involved in the sales proces
sPerformance Managemen
tMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendation
sPartner with underperforming teams and markets to implement targeted improvement strategie
sEnsure achievement of revenue, occupancy, and growth target
sCross-Functional Collaboratio
nPartner with Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources to align on strategic initiative
sSupport the development of competitive compensation structures and incentive program

Qualification
sBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fiel
dProven success in a senior sales leadership role with multi-site or regional oversigh
tStrong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving performance target
sDemonstrated ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing team
sExceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skill
sExperience in sales training, coaching, and process developmen
tAbility to travel as needed to support business operation
