Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our world‑class renewals/sales team. The role focuses on renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells while managing the entire renewal and sales process from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Defend and sell a high‑ROI solution with confidence.
  • Demonstrate the value propositions of our products and services.
  • Drive conversational discovery dialogue to uncover customer pains and requirements.
  • Engage client IT personnel and communicate effectively.
  • Partner with client marketing and merchandising staff to identify key decision makers.
  • Navigate legal aspects of contract negotiations, working with internal counsel.
  • Show passion and energy externally with customers and internally with cross‑functional teams.
  • Build and manage an effective pipeline, communicating proactively with leadership throughout each renewal/sales phase.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or Internet marketing.
  • Ability to identify target accounts, appropriate contacts, and formulate renewal and upsell strategies.
  • Proven ability to generate, qualify, and execute renewals and opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate vision, resonate with customers, and demonstrate value.
  • Experience using two‑way discovery to uncover customer needs and match solutions.
  • Ability to build trusted and lasting relationships.
  • Solid understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors across renewal/sales cycles.
  • Capability to articulate ROI in negotiation processes, delivering maximum value.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into marketing departments up to CMO level, understanding social media impact on business.
