Summary
The Regional Sales Director for the Americas will lead commercial strategy and drive top-line growth and profitability for Parfum & Beauty across local markets and Travel Retail. Based onsite in Coral Gables, FL, the role oversees a regional sales team and is accountable for P&L performance, distributor relationships, and execution of brand initiatives. The position requires strategic leadership, frequent travel, and cross-functional collaboration with US and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regional audits of portfolio, distribution, BA deployment, margins, and assortment to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement commercial and category management strategies across channels and markets, including Travel Retail.
- Negotiate commercial terms, define sell-in/sell-out targets, and oversee pricing and market intelligence.
- Lead forecasting, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and collaborate on e-commerce and digital initiatives.
- Drive retail excellence through store visits, coaching, client engagement, and execution of brand activations.
- Manage a team of direct reports, oversee budgets and CAPEX, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the luxury beauty industry, including sales management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in P&L management, commercial negotiation, and driving distributor and key account relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, experienced with forecasting and Excel; strategic mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated leadership managing multi-person teams and driving performance; willingness to travel 30%–50%.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a plus.
