- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team capable of supporting multiple business verticals.
- Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes.
Demand Generation & Dealer Acquisition
- Design and execute marketing programs that drive dealer acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Develop scalable demand generation strategies across digital, content, and events.
- Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing campaigns with territory expansion and sales priorities.
- Optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
Brand & Market Positioning
- Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop messaging that clearly communicates NPA’s value proposition to dealers and industry partners.
- Strengthen NPA’s position as a trusted marketplace and industry leader.
Marketing Channels & Campaign Execution
- Oversee all marketing channels including:
- Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, retargeting)
- Email marketing and dealer communications
- Website and content strategy
- Trade shows and industry events
- Print and industry publications
- SMS and dealer engagement campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are coordinated and aligned with business objectives.
Data, Analytics & Performance
- Establish marketing performance metrics and dashboards.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
- Use data to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide regular marketing performance updates to the executive team.
Events & Industry Presence
- Lead strategy for trade shows, dealer events, and industry partnerships.
- Ensure NPA maintains a strong and visible presence at key industry events.
- Develop event marketing strategies that drive dealer engagement and business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to support new initiatives and product launches.
- Align marketing efforts with sales pipelines and revenue targets.
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration across departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in dealer registrations and participation.
- Marketing contribution to auction unit volume.
- Cost per dealer acquisition.
- Lead conversion rates.
- Website traffic and engagement.
- Campaign ROI.
- Brand awareness and industry presence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience building and leading marketing teams.
- Strong background in B2B and B2C marketing and demand generation.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance.
- Experience partnering closely with sales leadership to drive revenue outcomes.
- CRM experience like Salesforce or HubSpot (we use Salesforce).
Preferred
- Experience in automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or marketplace industries.
- Experience marketing to dealer networks or franchise businesses.
- Experience scaling marketing operations in a growing company.
