What You'll Do

  • Lead Revenue Growth: Own and drive studio sales performance, consistently hitting and exceeding membership and revenue targets.
  • Coach a High-Performing Team: Train and mentor sales associates to maximize conversions, retention, and overall member experience.
  • Execute Sales Strategy: Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and member retention.
  • Oversee Studio Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards in both sales execution and customer experience.
  • Drive Community Engagement: Lead grassroots marketing, partnerships, and local outreach efforts to expand brand awareness and studio growth.
  • Elevate the Member Experience: Set the tone for an exceptional, high-energy studio culture that keeps members engaged and coming back.

What We're Looking For (Full-Time or Part-Time)

  • Proven Sales Leadership: 2+ years of sales experience, with leadership or management experience preferred
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and drive accountability
  • Coaching & Development Skills: Passion for developing others and building winning teams
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in sales, leadership, and customer service (preferred)
