Practice Overview

Our Transportation and Advanced Industrials (TAI) Practice connects mobility, aerospace, defense, automotive, rail, and manufacturing stakeholders. We help clients address strategic growth, digital transformation, operational improvement, and organizational effectiveness.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the execution of individual project modules, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation and analysis, primary and secondary research, and insight delivery.
  • Support our partners in project delivery through accurate and high‑quality case execution.
  • Own and develop executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences and working day‑to‑day with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coach consultants and help them develop their skill sets.

What You Will Bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or aviation, aerospace, rail, and transportation industry experience.
  • Strong background in conceptual problem‑solving skills.
  • Aptitude for analytical work, such as uncovering insights from large data sets or identifying key issues in complex challenges.
  • Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast‑paced, demanding environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior executives.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Willingness to travel.
