Position Summary

As the Sr. Brand and Product Marketing Manager for Architectural Downlighting, you drive brand growth and market leadership through strategic marketing initiatives. You combine market insights with creative storytelling to position our solutions as the preferred choice for the design community.

In this role, you lead brand strategy, go‑to‑market planning, and integrated campaigns that build awareness, inspire engagement, and accelerate product adoption. You create compelling content and sales tools to deliver impactful launches and marketing programs aligned with business objectives. You leverage data insights to measure performance, optimize strategies, and continuously improve results.

As a brand ambassador, you foster internal alignment and external enthusiasm, driving innovation and excellence in every initiative.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Brand Strategy: Lead the development and stewardship of brand strategy and positioning in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring the brand’s unique value is clear and differentiated. Define and maintain the brand’s messaging, tone, and narrative across all channels, including the website, while ensuring visual identity remains consistent and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Own, develop and execute the annual marketing plan for our architectural downlighting brands, creating campaigns and content that build brand awareness, thought leadership, drive product adoption and sales growth.
  • Product Launch and Application Strategy: Lead go‑to‑market strategies and execution for new product introductions, collaborating with product management, engineering, creative and sales to ensure successful launches and lifecycle management.
  • Content Development and Sales Enablement: Create compelling product‑ and brand‑specific content, including sales enablement tools, social media content, technical collateral, digital assets, videos, and support representation at events and meetings.
  • Market and Application Understanding: Deeply understand customer motivators, behaviors, and emerging trends to craft messaging that resonates across the right channels. Position solutions that meet customer needs and stay ahead of market shifts and competitive intelligence.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership and Collaboration: Build relationships and collaborate with product managers, engineering, sales, and the broader marketing organization to align on priorities and deliver results.
  • Data Insights: Identify KPIs to track and analyze to uncover opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing strategies for greater impact and continuous growth.
  • Team Player: Support and possibly lead initiatives for the team as required, driving productivity and efficiency.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand and product marketing, preferably in architectural lighting, building products, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing plans and successful product launches.
  • Curious mindset with demonstrated ability to drive innovative solutions and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling messaging for technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and leading team projects, influencing without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends to drive strategy.
  • Experience mentoring and developing other marketing professionals.

Travel Requirements

Approximately 10–20% travel expected for meetings, events, stakeholder collaboration, product launches, and industry‑related activities based on the nature of the role and brand representation responsibilities.

The range for this position is $83,300.00 to $164,400.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
