Position Overview

As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Your goal will be to build and maintain long‑lasting, service‑focused customer relationships, advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and highlight return on investment using proprietary analytics and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, close new business, and drive sales.
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to increase sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Prospecting – Conduct in‑person meetings, travel by car, and occasionally travel outside of your office radius.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account‑management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving‑record check.
  • Regular, consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  • Self‑starter able to work independently and within a team environment; adaptable to changing situations at a high‑growth company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and building long‑term relationships at senior/C‑Suite level.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth environment.

  • Base salary range of $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience, plus commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
