What you’ll be doing
- Work as a primary liaison between Xactly and some of our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor ongoing activities related to clients on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Weekly manage client meetings and lead presentations.
- Manage, review, and guide creative projects for client accounts with a primary focus on marketing strategy.
- Establish connections with new clients and nurture relationships with existing ones.
- Continuously assess client needs and present new opportunities as they arise.
- Oversee advertising campaigns.
- Contribute to business growth by collaborating on proposals and pitches for current and new clients.
Qualifications
- A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on marketing and client strategy experience.
- Post‑secondary education or relevant industry experience delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions.
- Agency experience is an asset.
- A portfolio of past client relationships you are comfortable sharing with us.
- Confidence and comfort in your own skin, whether you’re presenting, nurturing client relationships, or getting to know your team.
