This leader will also lead and champion a global approach to brand marketing for our industry leading RYOBI brand, driving best practices and consistency across the globe.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of two of the most recognized brands in the industry, driving category leadership through digital innovation, consumer insight, and world-class marketing execution.Primary ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned to business growth objectivesLead and scale digital marketing and advertising across paid media, e-commerce, CRM, and performance channelsDrive data-led decision-making, including KPI development, marketing analytics, and ROI optimizationOversee go-to-market strategies, product marketing & positioning, and integrated campaign executionBuild and develop a high-performing marketing organization, with a focus on leadership and talent developmentPartner cross-functionally with Creative Marketing, Product & Channel Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align marketing with business outcomesChampion a consumer-centric approach across all marketing initiativesOther duties as assignedRequirements12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level rolesProven success in digital transformation, performance marketing, and brand buildingStrong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive strategy and growthBackground in power tools, consumer durables, industrial, or related industries preferredDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teamsKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDigital-first, data-driven mindsetStrong business and financial acumenAbility to balance long-term brand building with short-term performance objectivesExecutive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersInspiring leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teamsTotal RewardsWe offer competitive wages, bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision coverageCompany Vehicle/Allowance401(k) with company contributionTuition assistancePaid Time Off and company holidays
