We are hiring a

Corporate Communications Specialist

for our client in the Energy & Utilities sector. This role is ideal for a communications professional with a passion for strategic storytelling, executive communications, employee engagement, and content creation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies, partnering with leadership, and delivering impactful messaging across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
Execute communication plans for internal and external audiences.
Create original content including newsletters, employee communications, social media posts, intranet articles, fact sheets, and news releases.
Partner with executives and business leaders to develop key messaging and communication materials.
Provide editorial support, content development, message review, and approval coordination.
Manage communications across multiple delivery channels including web, print, video, social media, email, and in-person events.
Support executive communications, employee engagement, and corporate communication initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication consistency and alignment.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and tactics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, or a related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Experience supporting executive and employee communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience managing communications through multiple channels and formats.
Strong understanding of social media communications.
Ability to simplify complex business and technical information for diverse audiences.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
