Job Overview

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve institutional clients in Florida and the Southeast. The role focuses on leading and strengthening client engagements, maintaining relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Investment Committees, and providing capital market and economic updates, analysis, and investment strategy development. Salary range: $94,010.00 – $110,600.00.
Responsibilities

Serve as the key point of contact for institutional clients, establishing and maintaining client interface with primary decision makers.
Lead and strengthen client engagements, retain and grow existing assets, and manage the client review process.
Coordinate information flow between client service, portfolio management, and USBAM project and product managers.
Prepare client reports, written communications, and present reports and materials at meetings.
Analyze investment options and provide optimal investment solutions, including performance, cash flow, and security analysis.
Educate clients and prospects on market events, investment opportunities, and USBAM products and services.
Support sales, marketing, and service activities as appropriate.
Work a hybrid/flexible schedule: at least 3 days in office per week with flexibility for remote work on remaining days. Requires a minimum of 5 hours of driving per week.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management with institutional clients in a business-to-business environment.
FINRA series6 or 7, 63 licensed (or completion of 6/7, 63 testing within 120 days of start date).
Preferred Skills & Experience

Capital Markets knowledge and experience.
Chaired Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. Bank’s products and services.
Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
