About the Role
Product Manager, Private Markets Product Team at S&P Dow Jones Indices is responsible for pioneering new index solutions in private equity, private credit and real assets.
The role focuses on developing and launching innovative product lines, enhancing transparency, access and operational efficiency for private markets. The Product Manager collaborates closely with commercial and operational teams, client coverage and marketing to drive product success.

Responsibilities
Contribute towards the development and success of innovative product lines in private equity, private credit and real assets, identifying new opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with client coverage and marketing teams to strengthen client relationships and promote new solutions.
Lead product engagement and education initiatives, serving as an expert on innovative methodologies that enhance efficiency.
Coordinate product launch processes, championing them through to completion.
Publish thought leadership materials, participate in marketing events and contribute to product innovation and efficiency improvements.
Compensation
Base salary range: $104,435.00 - $144,040.00 (US applicants only). Additional compensation includes an annual incentive bonus.
Qualifications
5-6+ years of experience in product management within private markets, fixed income or related innovative sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field.
Ideally, experience in product development.
Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global mindset.
Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field or CFA charter.
Familiarity with analytical platforms such as FactSet, Bloomberg.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving, innovation and efficiency enhancement.
