What You'll Do

Generate new personal lines business including home, auto, umbrella, and specialty policies

Build relationships with prospects and referral partners

Follow up on inbound leads and cross-sell opportunities

Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Work closely with our service team to create a world-class client experience

Consistently hit and exceed production goals

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

Ability to work in person from our Kirkland office

Sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required)

Washington Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
