Role Description

We are seeking an engaging and client-focused individual to join our team as an Agency Producer in McKinney, TX. This full-time, on-site role involves building client relationships, assessing customer insurance needs, and providing tailored coverage solutions. The Agency Producer will also develop and maintain a book of business, offer exceptional customer service, and support clients in navigating insurance products and claims processes. The role requires proactive sales efforts, networking, and a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills to effectively recommend and sell insurance policies
Customer service orientation, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry practices
Organizational and time management skills for managing client accounts and multitasking
Active P&C (Property and Casualty) Insurance License or willingness to obtain one promptly
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivation, goal-driven, and capacity to work independently or collaboratively
Experience in sales, insurance, or a related field is preferred but not required
