Responsibilities:
Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
Correspond with patients for video and photo shoots
Conduct market researchto determine potential of products and services
Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunitiesand threats
Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
Assist Front Desk with all admin duties
Assist all departments with Social Media Post
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Field
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in teams
