Overview
We're partnering with a growing, established B2B organization in the San Marcos area that is looking to hire a hands-on

Marketing Coordinator . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and taking ownership of marketing projects across digital, print, events, communications, and sales support.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand-related projects

Create and update marketing materials, presentations, flyers, email campaigns, and digital content

Assist with website updates, social media content, newsletters, and company communications

Coordinate events, trade shows, promotional materials, and vendor relationships

Partner with sales, operations, HR, and leadership to support business and communication needs

Help maintain consistency across marketing collateral, internal documents, and external messaging

Track project timelines, organize marketing assets, and help keep initiatives moving forward

Assist with special projects, presentations, and other marketing or communications needs as they arise

Qualifications

3+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience

Strong writing, editing, organization, and project coordination skills

Experience with marketing collateral, social media, email campaigns, presentations, or event support

Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, services, or technical environments is a plus
