Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical laboratory services, or broader healthcare sales who thrives in a relationship‑driven, consultative environment.
Job Details

Location: Northern VA | Full Time. Benefits eligible. Salary range: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00.
Responsibilities

Generate new business using proven sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
Manage and grow an assigned territory, developing both new and existing accounts.
Build strong relationships through regular face‑to‑face client interactions and ongoing engagement.
Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor and client advocate within Sunrise Medical Laboratories.
Identify challenges and proactively present solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Expand territory revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
Increase revenue within existing accounts by introducing new testing services and solutions.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Act as a key liaison between physician clients and internal teams, delivering exceptional customer service.
Conduct product and IT solution demonstrations for prospective and current clients.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting, including call activity, pipeline tracking, and prospecting efforts.
Support regional sales initiatives and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven outside sales experience, ideally within: Pharmaceutical sales, Medical device or equipment, Clinical laboratory services, Healthcare‑related solutions.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic territory.
Valid and clean driver’s license.
