The Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating state and federally funded programs, grant administration, budget monitoring, policy development, and compliance reporting within the Medicaid and Long‑Term Care team.
Responsibilities

Monitor and track program timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Review, audit, and report on grants and contracts for RHTP projects.
Ensure expenditures align with approved budgets and funding requirements.
Analyze and report data on program outcomes and rural health system performance.
Identify risks or variances and maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance.
Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, health sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience in policy development, quality assurance, grant writing, or contract management.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in public procurement, contract law, or regulatory compliance.
Prior experience reviewing, monitoring, auditing and reporting on grants.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Basic accounting and business administration.
Understanding of social work and management theory, and the structure of organizations.
Knowledge of state, local, and federal laws related to social service programs.
Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, analyze community needs, recommend programs, and present information orally and in writing.
Skills in problem solving, prioritizing, goal setting, conflict resolution, and persuasion.
