Program Supervisor – Adult Services

As a Program Supervisor at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s) located in Berwyn, West Chester, Downingtown, and Devon, PA, ensuring quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Supervise direct support professionals.
Direct daily operations of assigned facilities.
Ensure quality services meeting therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs.
Qualifications

At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Bachelor’s Degree in human services or a related accredited program.
Three (3) years of human service experience.
At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
