Program Supervisor – Adult Services Program
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health’s Adult Services Program seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee direct support professionals and manage daily operations of assigned residential facilities in Berwyn, West Chester, Downingtown, and Devon, PA. The role ensures quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals in alignment with Devereux Philosophy of Care and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise direct support professionals and direct daily operations of assigned residential facilities.

Ensure that services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of residents.

Maintain compliance with Devereux’s procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Provide eight days of new‑hire orientation and ongoing training as required.

Maintain a safe and positive environment, including safe physical intervention techniques up to 75‑100 lbs.

Qualifications

Minimum 21 years old.

Valid driver’s license.

Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field.

Three (3) years of human‑service experience.

Preferred: One (1) year of supervisory experience.

Empathic, team‑player, excellent written and verbal communication, energetic, creative, understands behavior‑management theories and positive reinforcement.

Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, lift up to 75‑100 lbs, and use computers.

Must complete eight days of new‑hire orientation.
