Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector. The Sales Manager will drive the Stellantis team, build strong relationships with key clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the customer base
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; provide ongoing training to improve skills and product knowledge
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape; adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and product development to align sales efforts with business objectives
Lead negotiations with key clients and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred
Minimum 10 years of work experience in sales, preferably within the global automotive market, specifically related to Stellantis
Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
Expertise in negotiating deals and closing sales
Knowledge of the Stellantis Supplier Portal and associated applications
Excellent negotiation, planning, delegation, and organizational skills
Key capabilities High proficiency with Microsoft Office products to analyze data and prepare correspondence and presentations for executive-level meetings
Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
Hands-on, motivated, results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
Team-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Commitment, sound judgment, follow-through, and initiative
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, be proactive, and work independently without day-to-day supervision
