Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year (based on experience)

At Gala Supermarkets , we believe great marketing starts with great people—and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to help us amplify our brand and community presence.

In this versatile role, you’ll be an essential part of our marketing team, helping to shape brand messaging across digital and in-person channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love juggling content creation, campaign coordination, social media, and event planning, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate on campaign strategy and manage marketing projects across multiple platforms

Develop and maintain content calendars; schedule and track email, SMS, and social media communications

Write compelling, on-brand copy for social, email, website, and other channels

Design eye-catching visuals using templates or from scratch based on our brand guidelines

Grow and manage our social media presence, including paid ad campaigns

Coordinate marketing efforts around community events and store activations

Manage customer data to enhance targeting, personalization, and performance reporting

Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and share insights

What You Bring:

2+ years of hands‑on marketing experience

Strong content writing skills in both English and Spanish

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Experience with platforms for email, SMS, and content management (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Wordpress, etc.)

Familiarity with Facebook Ads and general social media management

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease

A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

College degree preferred, but not required—we value experience and skills above all.
