Antitrust Legal Editor

Seeking an experienced antitrust lawyer, the full-time Senior Specialist Legal Editor will create and maintain legal content, support AI-driven legal solutions, and collaborate with a team in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities

Research, write, and maintain clear legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
Review and edit content produced by colleagues and external contributors
Stay updated on legal developments to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required qualifications

Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
At least 8 years of experience as an antitrust lawyer in a law firm or in-house in the US
Extensive knowledge of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filings and antitrust risk-shifting provisions in M&A transactions
Familiarity with legal databases such as Practical Law's What's Market
Strong writing skills with a passion for clear legal communication
