Seeking an experienced antitrust lawyer, the full-time Senior Specialist Legal Editor in Practical Law Antitrust will create and maintain legal content, support AI-powered legal solutions, and collaborate with a team of legal professionals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Research, write, and maintain clear and practical legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
Review and edit content produced by colleagues and external contributors to ensure accuracy and relevance
Utilize legal expertise to support the development of AI-driven legal solutions and maintain industry relationships
Required qualifications
Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an antitrust lawyer in a law firm or in-house in the US
Extensive knowledge of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filings and antitrust risk-shifting provisions in M&A transactions
Familiarity with deal intelligence resources such as the Practical Law What's Market database
Strong writing skills with a passion for clear and concise legal communication
