Lead Channel Marketing Specialist - Hybrid

Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence. Ability to negotiate and balance stakeholder and internal needs.

Efficient and accurate execution of campaigns to drive growth strategies for assigned products and channels. Experience across email, SMS, web promotions, digital, podcasts, and Webinar communications.

Support client relationships through client strategy calls, campaign go to market reviews, and quarterly results conversations.

Partner with Channel Managers to strategize and execute multi-touch campaigns focused on product education, retirement readiness, and generation of in person / virtual interactions

Provide team members with insight and direction to help meet organizational goals and drive team success. Support cross training, sharing project work, and collaboration amongst team members.

Report on productivity, priorities, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; identify and recommend new processes and workflows as needed.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to define goals and key performance indicators. Perform campaign analytics reporting and review; help create plans based on learnings and translate into actionable plans; evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Serve as an internal escalation point for campaign related issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience

Eight years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management

Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms

Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects

Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms

Creative thinker

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Proven efficient utilization of content management platforms including Workfront and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM (Brand folder), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, compliance (Red Oak), Riddle Quiz

Experience with change management

Experience with products and services in a record keeping environment

Understanding of B2B/B2C marketing best practices

Financial services record keeping in retirement

Certified PM

Proven ability to develop efficient processes for individual and team execution

Understanding of client facing work, client conversation, client strategy development

Understanding of consulting / advice services lead generation campaigns

Deep understanding of various project types, handoffs, connection points, and required partnerships and relationships needed to deliver projects

Proven track record of balancing stakeholder and internal needs.

Experience with stretch assignments beyond traditional PM work

Working Conditions

Hybrid office environment: 3 days in office (Cedar Rapids/Denver).

Compensation

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $91,000 - $110,000 annually.

Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including

qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
