Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT certification (VI or CV preferred) Active, unrestricted state radiologic technologist license At least 1 year of hands-on interventional radiology experience required Strong proficiency in vascular/interventional studies, patient monitoring, and sterile technique BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Professional communication, organization, and teamwork skills Responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct a range of IR procedures, such as angiography, stenting, embolization, biopsies, drain placements, and PICC/Midline insertions Accurately position and prepare patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures Operate imaging equipment to acquire optimal images for diagnostic and therapeutic processes Maintain strict adherence to aseptic protocols and infection control policies Monitor patient status, document procedure details, and communicate changes as needed to medical staff Assist in maintaining IR suite supplies, equipment, and readiness for emergencies Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary personnel Benefits & Perks: Opportunity to work alongside experienced radiology professionals Exposure to a wide variety of procedures and patient cases Supportive work environment focused on skill development
