Casting Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Casting Coordinator to support a fast-paced animation production team. This role will focus on talent onboarding, payroll administration, scheduling, and coordination with talent, agents, recording studios, and internal production teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and experienced working in a production or entertainment environment.

Duration : 6-Months
Location : Los Angeles, CA
Compensation : $30–$32/hour

Responsibilities
Coordinate talent onboarding, payroll documentation, timecards, and related paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Schedule and support recording sessions, serving as a point of contact for talent, agents, studios, and production stakeholders
Partner with payroll and production teams to track deadlines, resolve documentation issues, and maintain organized records across multiple productions
.Qualification
2+ years of experience in animation production, talent coordination, payroll administration, casting support, or a related field
Experience working directly with talent, agencies, recording studios, or production teams
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Familiarity with entertainment payroll systems such as GreenSlate, Cast & Crew, or Entertainment Partners is preferred
Knowledge of animation production workflows, talent onboarding, and SAG-AFTRA processes is a plus
