WCS is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Uniform Assessment System role, conducting field visits for a leading Medicaid assessment organization in the Bronx. This position offers a three-day on-site and two-day remote schedule, with the opportunity to join one of the most reputable organizations in New York.

Day Shift.

8:30am-4:30pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm.

Conduct in-home evaluations to assess consumer needs. Review assessments for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility determinations. Analyze Uniform Assessment System scores in relation to nurse assessor conclusions. Collect and evaluate data related to assessment outcomes. Participate in scheduled home visits alongside the nurse assessor. Job Requirements: Job Requirements:

Current New York State Registered Nurse licensure. 2 years of Registered Nurse home care experience required.
