We're looking for a Director of Community Relations to support The Springs at Lancaster Village, The Springs at Sunnyside, and The Springs at Willowcreek. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping older adults and their families navigate one of life's most important decisions. As the first point of contact for many prospective residents and families, you'll help them explore their options across independent living, assisted living, and memory care while introducing them to the warmth, hospitality, and lifestyle that make The Springs Living unique.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners throughout the Salem area.
Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the senior living decision-making process.
Develop and execute outreach strategies that support occupancy goals.
Cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses.
Follow up on inquiries, maintain prospect records, and coordinate successful move-ins.
Partner with community leaders and the marketing team to increase awareness of our communities and services.
Represent The Springs Living with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm in every interaction.
Qualifications
Sales and management experience in the senior living industry or similar
relationship-based
sales experience familiar with the
Salem market
A proven ability to build trust, develop relationships, and achieve results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A self-starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to a larger team.
Genuine compassion for older adults and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
