Director of Community Relations (Senior Living Sales) – Salem, Oregon

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners throughout the Salem area.
  • Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the senior living decision‑making process.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies that support occupancy goals.
  • Cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses.
  • Follow up on inquiries, maintain prospect records, and coordinate successful move‑ins.
  • Partner with community leaders and the marketing team to increase awareness of our communities and services.
  • Represent The Springs Living with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and management experience in the senior living industry or similar relationship‑based sales experience familiar with the Salem market.
  • A proven ability to build trust, develop relationships, and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self‑starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to a larger team.
  • Genuine compassion for older adults and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
