Director of Community Relations (Senior Living Sales) – Salem, Oregon
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners throughout the Salem area.
- Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the senior living decision‑making process.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies that support occupancy goals.
- Cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Follow up on inquiries, maintain prospect records, and coordinate successful move‑ins.
- Partner with community leaders and the marketing team to increase awareness of our communities and services.
- Represent The Springs Living with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and management experience in the senior living industry or similar relationship‑based sales experience familiar with the Salem market.
- A proven ability to build trust, develop relationships, and achieve results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self‑starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to a larger team.
