Commercial Account Representative

Job Title

Manage and service a commercial insurance book of business
Handle commercial policy renewals and account reviews
Collect information required for insurance quotes and renewals
Market new and renewal accounts to insurance carriers
Process and maintain client records in the agency management system
Coordinate with commercial sales agents and carriers
Handle client communication through phone and email
Support upselling and multi line account opportunities
Ensure all required documentation is completed before policy processing
1 plus year of experience in a commercial account role
Knowledge of General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property insurance
Active 4 40 insurance license required
Experience in a professional office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with AMS360 preferred
