To support the growth of strategic affiliate partnerships, the full-time Affiliate Partnerships Specialist will manage affiliate marketing campaigns, assist in partner recruitment and relationship management, and analyze campaign performance, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts
Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding affiliate partners while maintaining ongoing communication
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to analyze key metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights
Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, or similar networks
Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
