To support the growth of strategic affiliate partnerships, the full-time Affiliate Partnerships Specialist will manage and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, assist in partner recruitment and relationship management, and analyze campaign performance metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts
Assist in identifying and recruiting affiliate partners, onboarding, and maintaining ongoing communication
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance updates for internal teams and clients
Required qualifications
2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights
Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, or similar networks
Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
