Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Program Architect to lead architecture for a large ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) transformation program in the utilities domain.
This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end architecture, real-time systems design, and integration across SCADA, OMS, and DMS platforms, ensuring reliable and resilient grid operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end architecture for ADMS programs
Define integration architecture across SCADA, OMS, DMS, GIS, AMI systems
Lead design of real-time, event-driven, high-availability systems
Govern vendors and system integrators, ensuring quality and scalability
Drive architectural decisions aligned with business outcomes (grid reliability, outage reduction)
Support program delivery, risk management, and go-live readinessRequired Experience:
15+ years in architecture / technical leadership
Strong experience in utilities / energy domain
Hands-on experience with ADMS (AspenTech OSI or equivalent)
Experience with SCADA, DMS, OMS and grid operations
Proven experience in large transformation programs xsgimln

Technical Skills:
Real-time systems, low-latency architecture (SCADA/telemetry)
Event-driven / streaming architectures
Integration (APIs, microservices)
High availability, resilience, fault tolerance
IT/OT systems integration
Nice to Have:
NERC CIP / utility cybersecurity awareness
Experience working with multiple vendors / SI partners
