Overview
Join a high-impact transformation shaping the future of electric grid operations. We're looking for a senior Program Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a large-scale Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) initiative. This role sits at the core of real-time grid systems, driving reliability, resilience, and scalability across mission-critical operations.

You will own the architecture vision, guide complex technical decisions, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise and operational systems.

What You'll Do
Define and lead the end-to-end ADMS architecture strategy and roadmap
Serve as the primary authority for architectural decisions and trade-offs
Drive integration across SCADA, OMS, DMS, and enterprise platforms
Lead governance across vendors, system integrators, and stakeholders
Design scalable, high-availability, real-time and event-driven systems
Mitigate architectural risks and ensure production readiness
Align technical architecture with business outcomes like reliability and outage reduction
Requirements

15+ years in architecture and technical leadership roles
15+ years in electric utility or energy domain
Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs ($50M+)
Experience with mission-critical, real-time control room systems
Hands-on experience with AspenTech OSI ADMS (or similar)
Full lifecycle ADMS implementation experience (design to stabilization)
Strong expertise in SCADA, OMS, and DMS systems
Deep knowledge of real-time data, telemetry, and low-latency systems
Experience with event-driven and high-availability architectures
Strong integration experience across IT/OT environments
Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading multi-vendor or SI-driven programs
Strong background in grid modernization initiatives
Expertise in resilience engineering and observability practices
Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills
